as every inch of my apartment and body
become infused with glitter from my new piece
and i’m seeing trails as light bounces off of every fleck
i realize i’ve exhibited a great deal of restraint thus far
in not finding a way to work glitter into everything i make
it’s intoxicating… i lay drooling over how magical it is to gaze upon
it’s like we shouldn’t be able to be exposed to such stimulation
which is exactly the perfect reason to use glitter in my work!
